The H.U.M.A.N Model was created by DAMS Founder / Manager.

It represents the training objectives and targets to achieve in every DAMS training sessions.

The H.U.M.A.N Model

H – Humanizing humanity (Attitude)

U – Utilizing God’s gifts and creations to the fullest (Creativity)

M – Measuring and mirroring self (Spiritual)

A - Anchoring self and others (Leadership)

N – Normalizing life (self, family, doings, nation) and afterlife

Versi Bahasa Melayu:

I – Insaniahkan keinsanan insan (Sikap)

N – Nikmat ciptaan Tuhan digunakan dengan sepenuhnya (Kreativiti)

S - Sisi diri dilihat dan diukur (Muhasabah)

A - Akuan diri dan pengaruh kepada orang lain (Kepimpinan)

N - Normalisasi kehidupan di dunia (diri, keluarga, pelajaran/kerjaya) dan akhirat
